Sometimes it is hard to know what help you might need – we don’t know what we don’t know! 

The place to start might be to have an HR audit of your whole employee journey (or just a part of it), from recruitment and starting people in their employment with you; through engaging with them and looking after their wellbeing; managing their performance and dealing with any issues along the way; right through to helping them leave with dignity and positivity.

Recruitment and Hiring

Recruiting the right people for your company can be tough, particularly in the current economic climate. 

We can provide an in-depth recruitment audit, which looks at your whole recruitment process.  This includes talking with your hiring managers and recently recruited employees and pin-pointing what works and what they don’t like.  We will look at how long your employees stay with you, whether your recruitment strategy works or needs adjusting, any areas where some streamlining might help.  We will then provide a full report to your senior leaders team.
