Heartfelt describes my approach and it is also the way I suggest that employers might deal with the people who work with and for their business. If a business treats their employees with compassion and kindness in all they do, then they will create a happy workplace and happy employees = more profits.

I started working for myself as an HR consultant in April 2018 and I used my initials as a Business Name, but I became a limited company in January 2022 and I wanted a name and brand to reflect my approach.

I work from my home in a
lovely Wiltshire village but I have worked remotely for many years (both as an employee and, latterly, for myself).  I have clients based all around the UK and that number has grown since lockdown.  I have a few local clients but all of my services can be (and are) offered remotely and this works well – and it keeps one more car off the roads!

The CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) is the professional organisation for HR and people development.  I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.  I also hold a post graduate Certificate in Employment Law.  I have worked in HR for more than 25 years and in a wide variety of organisations – big and small, private and public sectors.
