I believe in giving back and so I make sure that a percentage of Heartfelt HR’s income is donated to charity each month. I choose different charities – sometimes they have been requested by my clients, sometimes they are causes which are close to my own heart. Recent recipients have included animal welfare; disaster relief; cancer research; help for aged, blind or disabled people.
I aim to run the majority of Heartfelt HR’s business online, using video conferencing or email. Where travel is needed I will offset my carbon footprint by planting a tree in Heartfelt HR’s forest. You can contribute too by using this link to buy
more trees in our forest or to set up your own forest. Additionally, where a client reaches a spend level of £1000, £5000, £10000 I will plant more trees.
